We are pleased to share the latest update on the Niagara real estate market. As we enter the fourth quarter of 2023, we have observed a slower sales period in comparison to the same period last year. This is due to an increase in listings and a decrease in sales.
However, according to our data, the average days it took to sell a home in October 2023 was 37 days, which is a 15.9% decrease from October 2022. The average days it took to sell a home in October 2022 was 44. We can conclude that the current market is not a fast moving one and in favour of the buyers in the sense that there is more supply than demand right now.
