The HPI of $617,000 is an enticing number for Niagara, making it an affordable and beautiful place to call home for first-time homebuyers and anyone looking to relocate, according to Nathan Morrissette, the President of Niagara Association of REALTORS®.
The Bank of Canada holding the interest rate at 5% and expectations of a possible reduction in the rate this year, should prepare us for a somewhat typical spring market.
