The past months have seen an unbelievable surge in the real estate market. The past market STATS blogs are full of record breaking numbers both in the number of homes sold and in the benchmark prices.
We have been incredibly busy helping clients navigate buying and selling houses while following COVID-19 guidelines and keeping everyone safe.
Unfortunately, all the action in the market has kept us from updating the blog as we usually do with the coming’s and goings of listings and sales and saluting our amazing clients. Many of you have seen our announcements on social media and thank you so much for your thoughtful comments and “likes”!
During this time there has been another change. Team Salisbury has taken on a new Administrative Assistant and her introduction will be coming soon!!
