The best thing about our buying experience was how stress free our first home purchase was! We were extremely lucky in finding a house that we fell in love with in such a short time, and having Tim and Harley so efficiently helping us with all of the other components such as organizing house viewings, meeting us at obscure hours to ensure that our offer was put through in a timely fashion, and explaining everything to us in great detail. Waiting for the home owners to accept our offer was a bit stressful, but overall everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful, accommodating, responsive and efficient!
