While comparing 2023 numbers to 2022 still show a significantly lower sale price, we have to keep in mind the 2022 sales were at an all time high.
However: when we compare the Niagara Region residential sales for March 2023 with February 2023, we can see an increase!
Where the average residential sale price for the Niagara Region in February was $627,500, the average sale price for the Niagara Region in March is $641,600! This is a 2.25% increase.
