The Real Estate Numbers for June 2022 are in! How did this month do compared to last year’s?
We are seeing a continuation of the declining trend; the number of sold houses continues to go down and so are the sale prices.
However: when we look at the year by year numbers, we can still see an overall increase in sale price percentages.
For example: In the Niagara Region as a whole, the number of sales have gone down by 45.7% for the month of June 2022, compared to June 2021.
The average sale price however, is still climbing, with 22.1% for the month of June 2022, compared to June 2021.
