“Well my house in St. Catharines is officially sold and closed as of yesterday.
Of course this feels bittersweet, amongst a host of other emotions, but mostly it feels right.

Tim was able to present me with six (over asking) offers, all with a little write up on who the potential buyers were.
Btw, we accepted an offer that was almost 10% over asking!
Having never sold a house before, I now definitely understand the value of a good realtor!
