As a first time home buyer, Sally took the time to explain everything to me in great detail, and in a way that I was able to better understand how the whole process worked. My calls were always promptly returned and Sally’s open availability was instrumental in being able to move quickly on the house I ended up purchasing. Different people that I could use with regards to home inspectors, lawyers, etc. were recommended to me. I compared prices and found that, not only were the people suggested competitive with others, they were often better than the rest. Throughout the process of buying my first home, I never felt any pressure. I knew very little about the common red flags to avoid with respect to houses and was given a lot of advice to help me.
