Well… I did it!

Two weeks ago I made a really big announcement and well it actually happened … I cut my hair!

The most expensive haircut I have ever had!
Watch the video to share in the experience and see how much we raised for the Walker Family Cancer Centre and Niagara Health Foundation.
Thank you to everyone for your support!
It has been an emotional two weeks and I am forever grateful.

And now I put it back on you!
We are still collecting funds, but what else can you do for your community? Check my video  and read the post to find out how you can still donate!

I am cutting my hair for cancer!

After all these years, I am cutting my hair for cancer.
Did that get your attention? 🙂
Most of us know somebody who battled cancer, or still is.
Some of us are dealing with cancer personally right now.
Let’s join our strength and do what we can to fight it.
As you can see in the picture, a lot of awesome people have already donated!
All of us are SO busy but if you can take a few minutes to view my video, share and donate.
I would be very grateful.
In less than 4 days I will have short hair!! I still can’t believe it. Pictures to follow next week.
Any questions, please don’t hesitate to call me personally.

“It was a lovely experience!”

“It was a lovely experience having Jim Gifford as my real estate agent. Because I was from out of town, he showed me around the Niagara region to help me determine which area best suited me.
Being rather selective we eventually narrowed it down to not only the area but a specific home.
I’m ready to move! Thanks so much Jim for making this such an enjoyable experience!”

It is always great to hear words of praise about our valued Salisbury Team members. Well done Jim!

The October real estate numbers are here!

As we’re heading towards Winter and starting to think about Christmas celebrations again, it’s time to look back at last month and compare some numbers with last year!

What do these numbers tell us?
We can see a small decrease in sales between both Octobers, namely 1.2%.
At the same time, there is an increase in the days on the market: from 39 to 43 on average. That is an increase of 10.3%.
However, the average sale price of $418K had an increase of 8% compared to last year.
These numbers show a continuing stability in the residential sale market!
As always, any questions, don’t hesitate to ask!

“We felt confident that we were working with a true professional!”

“We could not be more thrilled, and would recommend Tim to anyone who is looking for an agent!

From the moment we met with him we felt confident that we were working with a true professional and that he knew this market incredibly well and could rely on his guidance through this process.

He, and his team, especially Jim and Lydia are knowledgeable, reliable and congenial, and we are happy clients for sure!”
