What do these numbers tell us?
We can see a small decrease in sales between both Octobers, namely 1.2%.
At the same time, there is an increase in the days on the market: from 39 to 43 on average. That is an increase of 10.3%.
However, the average sale price of $418K had an increase of 8% compared to last year.
These numbers show a continuing stability in the residential sale market!
