Meet the Team

Timothy Salisbury

Timothy Salisbury

Broker

I have been a resident of St. Catharines since 1979. I started selling real estate at the age of 21 and since that time I have devoted my life to the career I continue to love!
I golf and have belonged to the St. Catharines Golf and Country Club since 2002.  I LOVE playing hockey in the winter and do so in a league called the GHL, right here in the Niagara Region, actually in Virgil!
I love boating and keep my boat at the St. Catharines Marina since 2010.
I also like playing guitar, listening to music and reading.

I believe in giving back and supporting local charities since I became a realtor, especially places like the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation,  The Walker Family Cancer Centre and The Cuthbert Cup, the Out of the Cold Program at Knox Presbyterian Church and  Community Care of St. Catharines.

My Resume

Jim Gifford

Jim Gifford

Broker

Jim was born and raised on a large farm near Quebec City, but lived in the Niagara Region since he turned 18. In 1970, he was employed by Canadian Tire Acceptance in Welland where he held several jobs and eventually progressed to the position of Personnel Director. Working closely with people has always been his passion, which is the reason he joined the real estate field in 1989. He particularly enjoyed introducing his out of town clients to the Niagara region.

His role on The Salisbury Team is helping buyers that are searching for country properties, farms and high-end homes. His country upbringing is particularly helpful in this area.
In his free time, he enjoys traveling (mainly to the Caribbean), skiing in Ellicottville, and golf (which he’s not really that good at).

Alison Scott

Alison Scott

Sales Representative

Originally born in MANITOBA, Alison has lived in the Niagara region now for over 25 years, her home town being Beamsville.  Growing up was spent moving every 3 years from one small Manitoba town to another. She loved the experience and the challenges of relocating.  Most of Alison’s adult life was spent working in sales & marketing for various printing and wholesale companies. With 2 growing children, she was looking to find employment with some flexibility and enjoyment of meeting and dealing with people.

Her husband suggested she get into real estate since she was always looking in people’s windows and wanting to go to open houses!  In 2006, Alison became a Sales Representative with Royal LePage Niagara Real Estate Centre and says it is the best thing she has ever done. No two days are the same, and you meet the greatest people!   Alison truly loves this Niagara region, and will make your experience a memorable one.
Free time for Alison is spent with her kids & grandchildren and husband.  She also enjoys quilting, knitting, gardening or her two Jack Russell’s, Morgan & Murphy!
