Elayne Whitfield began her Virtual Assistant practice, Executive Assistance, in September 2000 and incorporated Executive Assistance Business Solutions Inc. in May 2005. A Virtual Assistant (VA) is an entrepreneur specializing in business support services, virtually, allowing other entrepreneurs to attend to the revenue producing activities necessary to their own business. Virtual assistance is simply administrative support offered online rather than face-to-face. Executive Assistance also provides other support services such as Website design and maintenance, Search Engine Optimization, graphic design, desktop publishing, and bookkeeping.
Elayne and I began working together in 2000. She initially handled my Website maintenance but not takes care of the Website, my blog, my SEO (Search Engine Optimization), mailings, and other projects as they come up.
Elayne and her family are avid boaters and spend every possible minute on their Silverton 402 in the Georgian Bay area. Elayne and her husband, Tim, curl, golf and and spend most of their spare time running around after their three boys.
After spending the first eight years of her life as an “air force brat” in a number of cities in Ontario, Quebec (where she was born) and Moses Lake, Washington, Terri’s family decided to settle back in her dad’s hometown of St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada (five minutes from the famous Port Dalhousie). She’s been here ever since and doesn’t plan to leave until they plant her six-feet under. She loves the Niagara region, the weather, the wine and the people!
His dog, Hazzard, keeps him busy when he’s not working and also, a baby daughter, Olivia, who was born on April 29, 2009. Still, golf always seems to fit into Karl’s schedule. Karl is a member of the St. Catharines Golf and Country Club and enjoys playing golf with me since I never beat him! He enjoys traveling, sports and having a good time.
Sally is a lifelong St. Catharines and Niagara resident with a wealth of local information to share with you! She has almost 25 years of real estate related experience, having started her career as a real estate secretary. She is service and technology oriented! She is married with two teenagers and their 1/2 child (9-year-old black lab, Burt). In her spare time (which is never often enough), she volunteers at the Jordan Museum and Gift Shop (I love history) and on the Board of Directors for The Jordan Historical Museum of The Twenty Volunteer Association. She is a Member of The National Association of Green Agents and Brokers, Friend of Diana Sweets and make appearances at the Rotary TV Auction, Henley Regatta and Graffiti Clean-up Crew. Her clients value her years of real estate related experience and knowledge of Niagara!
