Once we decided to buy our first house, we contacted Timothy as I’ve been associated with him for many years. We then met his full-time buyer associate, Karl Regier, who was really trying to find us a house that met our specific needs. Karl was very diligent in providing us with many houses to review, almost on a daily basis, which made the buying process very personal. Also, everything was done on our time – meetings, viewings, offer presentations, etc. – was worked around our schedule. It made our first home buying experience very pleasant (and easy)!!!
