Tim’s efficiency in returning all phone calls prior to listing and dealing with my mother who actually lived in the home was impressive. Tim was always promptly on top of any offers etc. that came in regarding our home. Also the extra services The Salisbury Team provided like a lawyer and Stacey from Staging Spaces. The staging we felt was very important in getting our less than impressive house looking acceptable to the general public before hitting the market.
