The best advice I can give you is to make sure you have everything in order before purchasing. Your financing is done and pre-qualified and hire a agent ( The Salisbury Team!!) that will represent you and make sure you're paying fair market value or less. Timing is important as well since students usually rent starting before the January or September semesters. I can go on and on about what to look for but location is so important as well, bus routes and close to Brock University is vital and when the market becomes saturated with rentals, the houses with great locations will always rent.
